Shipping Policy

YOUR ORDER WILL BE PACKED AND SHIPPED WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER  YOUR ORDER BEING PAID AND PROCESSED FROM  (excluding holidays)

Canada wide shipping applies a flat rate of CAD $20.00 applies independent how many products you are buying


US wide shipping applies a flat rate of CAD $25.00 applies


All orders are shipped once payment has been received

Return & Exchange Policy

GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS

​

– For any type of exchange, the product must be exchanged or returned in its original packaging, accompanied by all accessories, labels and tags, without product violation and without signs of use or washing. BIKINIS YYC has a period of 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of return of the product, to carry out the exchange, refund of money, refund or replacement of the product(s).

– Do not send the goods without contacting our Customer Service. In order for us to carry out the procedures for your exchange, it is MANDATORY that you send us an email to brazilianswimwear.ca@gmail.com requesting it, with the order information.

​

– ATTENTION: Products that do not meet the conditions required above will not be accepted as an exchange or return and will automatically be sent back to the original address without prior consultation and with shipping charges.

EXCHANGES FOR SIZE OR MODEL CHANGE

​

– BIKINIS YYC offers the customer the right to exchange 5 (five) calendar days after receiving the product to change the size or model of the products.

​

– To make the exchange, the customer must contact our Customer Service Center. After receiving the product at our center and checking its conditions, the exchange will be carried out according to availability of stock. The return shipping will be the customer's responsibility and the customer's return shipping will be the responsibility of BIKINIS YYC.

​

- The cost of the return shipping is at the customer's expense and is non-refundable.

​

NO REFUND

​

The Customer will not be entitled to replacement or reimbursement in the following cases:

​

-Return after the deadlines mentioned above or without informing the Custome service by e-mail brazilianswimwear.ca@gmail.com

​

-Product with signs of use (Please before you try it make sure you are wearing a hygienic protection - it will be send together with the product)

​

-Product damaged by accidental or caused damage (examples: inadequate washing, wear, storage of the wet part, etc.)

​

-Product changed by the customer

​

- Absence of defect (no evidence of damage pointed out by the customer).

 

CASE OF INVOLUNTARY RETURN - POST OFFICE

​

In case of return by the Post Office, in orders with validation "invalid address", "unknown recipient", "moved", "owner not found" or similar situation, the value of the return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.
